1. Digital Products Only

All items sold on this site are digital products. No physical products will be shipped. You are responsible for downloading, printing, and using the files, and for ensuring the compatibility of your device, software, and printer.

2. No Refunds or Cancellations

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If a file is damaged or a link does not work, we will gladly assist you in accessing the correct file — just reach out to us.

3. License & Usage Rights

All products come with a personal-use-only license. You may:

• ✔Print for your own home or classroom
• ✔Edit Canva templates for personal use
• ✔Use the materials with your own children or students

You may not:

• ✘Resell, redistribute, or give away the files
• ✘Share download links or Google Drive access with others
• ✘Claim the designs or templates as your own
• ✘Use them commercially or professionally without written permission

All content is protected by international copyright law.

4. Safety Disclaimer

Some products may include small printable pieces, cards, or cut-outs which can be choking hazards. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is required at all times.

By using the materials, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for ensuring the safety of the child, that you will supervise children during all use, and that you will not leave children unattended with small materials. Products are for educational and entertainment purposes only.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, choking, misuse of materials, or damage to devices or printers.

5. Food, Allergy & Nutrition Disclaimer

Products involving food icons, food charts, tasting activities, or educational tools do not provide medical advice, nutritional advice, feeding therapy, or allergy guidance. Children with allergies should only use foods determined safe by the parent or guardian.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, dietary issues, incorrect food handling, or any consequences related to food tasting or exposure. Parents must choose foods and activities appropriate for their child.

6. Behavioral, Educational & Developmental Disclaimer

Our products are not substitutes for professional support. They do not guarantee outcomes in eating habits, behavior, learning, development, sensory issues, speech, or therapy goals. No guarantees of results are made or implied.

7. Canva Templates

Some products include links to Canva. By using these templates, you must have your own Canva account (free or Pro). You may not resell or share the templates or links. We are not responsible for changes made by Canva to their platform or features.

8. Download Links & File Delivery

Files may be delivered through instant download, Google Drive, PDF link, or Canva link. You may not share these links with others. If access is lost, we will resend files within reasonable limits. We reserve the right to revoke access if links are shared improperly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invilara / Luuma Kids is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; injury, loss, or harm resulting from use or misuse of products; printing errors, software issues, or device problems; delays in download access; loss of data or corrupted files; or allergic reactions, choking, accidents, or unsafe use. You use all products at your own risk.

10. Parental Responsibility

By using our products, you agree that you alone decide whether an activity is safe and appropriate, that you supervise your child at all times, and that you take full responsibility for how materials are used. You understand that outcomes vary for each child.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invilara / Luuma Kids from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from improper use of our products, violation of these Terms, sharing of files or download links, or activities involving children, food, or small materials. This includes legal fees and third-party claims.

12. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The design, layout, text, and overall presentation of all Luuma Kids products are protected by copyright and owned by Invilara / Luuma Kids. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any of our products without written permission. Violations may result in legal action and revoked access.

Some individual graphic elements within our products are licensed from Canva and remain subject to Canva's Content License Agreement.

13. Luuma Plus Membership

Luuma Plus members agree to our Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms. The Luuma Kids team reserves the right to pause or permanently remove membership access in cases of repeated or serious guideline violations. Refunds are not available in such cases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our products, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, that you understand all disclaimers and safety notes, and that you accept full responsibility for use of the products. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or purchase products.
